§ 01

Who we are

JKMG Group is a healthcare brokerage and strategic advisory firm based in Dallas, Texas. This policy covers personal information handled through this website. For anything in it, write to michael@jkmggroup.com or call (972) 839-6333.

§ 02

What we collect

Two kinds of information:

• What you give us. When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the fields you complete — name, role or title, email, phone, company or practice, engagement type, specialty, and the notes you write. You decide how much of that to share; the form marks name, email, engagement type, and notes as required.
• What is collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. This is used to keep the site secure and working. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
• Consent records. When you agree to the Terms or make a cookie choice, we keep a short record of that event — which choice you made, the time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent. We keep this only as proof that consent was given and when; it is never used for marketing.

§ 03

How we use it

We use the information you submit to read and reply to your inquiry, to carry out the engagement you contacted us about, and to keep records of our correspondence. We use technical logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

§ 04

Cookies and similar technology

This site keeps cookies to a minimum. The ones it uses are strictly necessary: they let the site function and they remember the consent and preference choices you make in the notices on this page. These do not track you across other websites.

There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on this site as of the effective date above. If that ever changes, the cookie notice will let you accept or decline the non-essential ones before they run, and this section will be updated.

Worth naming: this site serves its own fonts from our own server rather than pulling them from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to a font provider. The site does not rely on third-party content-delivery networks for its core assets.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can reopen the choice here at any time using cookie preferences.

§ 05

How we share it

We share personal information only as needed to run the site and respond to you:

• Service providers. Our email delivery provider transmits inquiry messages to us, and our hosting provider runs the server. They handle the data only to provide those services.
• Professional advisers and parties to an engagement. If you become a client, information may be shared as necessary to carry out the work, always under our confidentiality posture and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell personal information — we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not rent, trade, or otherwise hand it to anyone for their own marketing. The sharing described above is the full extent of it: the providers that run the site, the parties to an engagement you have entered, and what the law requires.

§ 06

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and afterward only as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to. When we no longer need it, we delete it or set it aside from active use.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but confidentiality is the default here, and we treat what you send accordingly.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. Write to michael@jkmggroup.com and we will respond as the law requires.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended — including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front, but you are welcome to confirm that with us directly.

Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information and never have, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — so there is no opt-out to process. If you would like written confirmation of that for your records, email michael@jkmggroup.com.

§ 10

Children

This site is meant for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, write to us and we will remove it.

§ 11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
