This site presents JKMG Group, a healthcare brokerage and strategic advisory firm in Dallas, Texas, and describes the kinds of engagements we take on. It exists to introduce the firm and to let you reach us. The information here is general and may change without notice.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, and you should not act on it without your own advisers. Reading the site, submitting the form, or exchanging early messages does not create a brokerage, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and JKMG Group. A relationship begins only when both sides agree to it in writing.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or buy, or a solicitation of an offer to sell or buy, any security or business, and nothing here should be read as a solicitation of securities. Descriptions of past or representative engagements are illustrative and are not a promise of any particular outcome.

Confidentiality of what you send
We treat inquiries as confidential by default and, for active engagements, work under a non-disclosure agreement before sensitive information changes hands. That said, please do not send highly sensitive or privileged material through the website form; wait until we have a secure, agreed channel in place.

The text, design, layout, and other material on this site belong to JKMG Group or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the pages for your own informational use. You may not copy, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
